Executive coaching grounded in operator experience — not theory.
I work with senior product leaders and founders at the moments when transition or complexity outpaces the approaches that got them here.
I bring intentional coaching training. But what makes this work different is more than 25 years as a product executive and operator. I've sat in the same rooms, made the difficult calls, built the teams, and lived the pressure that comes with where you are today.
I'm not coaching from theory — I'm coaching from the chair you're sitting in now.
"Working with Jeff fundamentally changed how I show up as a leader."
— Shreya Oswal, Former Senior Director of Product, Headspace
Is this you?
Your existing playbook stops working like it used to. This stage is harder, and it can be lonelier. You need a trusted thought partner. The most valuable work isn't the answer, it's knowing which question to ask. You are:
- •A VP, SVP, or product leader responsible for evolving an organization
- •A Founder navigating growth and AI
- •A Product or R&D Leader stepping into a broader role
- •An experienced operator entering a new company or leadership scope
How my coaching works for you
Our work together focuses on three core areas. Each one builds on the others, and together they shift you to be more creative and intentional.
Clarity
Most leaders aren't lacking effort. They're carrying way too many priorities at once. We cut through that noise to build a clearer vision and sharper focus, so decisions match what matters most for the business.
Presence
The best leaders are calm and deeply observant of themselves and others. They listen and communicate well and stay grounded under pressure. We build that capacity together. You'll manage stress better and show up as more of yourself, so you can lead without burning out.
Partnership
This isn't advice from the sidelines. It's partnership. A trusted space where you can be honest about what you're navigating, and I can be honest about what I see. Since I'm not part of your company, I'm in it for one thing. You.
Two things most coaches bring only one of.
Most executive coaches come from one of two places: coaching training without operator experience, or operator experience without coaching training. I bring both — more than 25 years as a product executive and operator at LinkedIn, Facebook, Headspace, and Included Health, plus ongoing training in presence-based coaching.
This combination is what makes our work practical. I know the work from the inside. I can offer perspective from having seen it before, and ask the right questions to help you see your situation more clearly.
What we typically work on
Senior product leaders I work with are often navigating moments like these:
- •Managing up, across, and down, without losing yourself in the politics
- •Spotting the patterns limiting your impact
- •Navigating a new role, a bigger scope, or a company in flux or chaos
- •Managing stress and building the resilience to lead at the next level, without burning out
- •Moving from reactive firefighting to sustainable strategic focus
- •Scaling from strong operator to broader organizational leader
- •Making clearer, faster decisions under pressure

THE WORK & INVESTMENT
• Two 60-minute coaching sessions per month (bi-weekly).
• Email or brief phone support between sessions when needed.
• Written session notes and follow-ups.
• One 360° leadership review at the engagement midpoint.
• Coaching engagements begin with a six-month commitment to allow enough time for meaningful progress and then can shift to a monthly subscription.
• Can often be funded by your company as a leadership development expense. I can invoice your company directly. Reach out if you'd like to explore.
360° LEADERSHIP FEEDBACK
I'm a former documentary television producer. Getting people to say what matters most is something I've been doing for a long time. At the engagement midpoint, I interview selected stakeholders: peers, direct reports, and leaders you work with. Because this happens outside your company's formal review process, people speak more freely. I synthesize the feedback into a written report we review together.
I work with a small number of senior leaders at a time, to ensure depth, focus, and full availability for each engagement.
